Mitie are a large intelligence-led security company providing fully licensed and trained security officers, along with local and national management support to the contract. A customer/client relationship has been built up over some years to provide the personnel to staff the Control Room 24/7.

Provision of a vehicle and mobile patrol reporting equipment is also supplied in support of the Operations roles. SEPMLC works in Partnership with Mitie to provide a wide range of security services.

The local professional EFL football team. SEPMCL assists them in providing Park & Ride services here on the Enterprise Park on match days and stadium concert events. Personnel are supplied each match day, areas are coned off to avoid parking during the period. Support is provided to the SAFC events staff with our 24/7 Control Room staff.

This ensures that the park is managed correctly with no risk of traffic issues for the park users.

SEPMCL is a member of the Chamber of Commerce to grow our network and promote our services. We keep up to date with local business news and have access to all Chamber services.

RSM, a leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services, has provided professional accounting services to SEPMCL for over 20 years. This longstanding relationship has enabled RSM to build an in-depth understanding of the management company set up and their advice throughout the CPO process was invaluable.  We regularly rely on RSM to provide us with advice on accounting or Sage queries and the team’s friendly approach is always appreciated.

Pollinator Parks is an initiative led by Climate Action North run by Sharon Lashley and Jennifer Clair Robson.  Their projects for action on the climate crisis, climate emergency and the environment in the North of England include: Pollinator Parks, Green Heart, rewilding advice and events, litter picking and beach cleans and working with businesses in the context of the climate emergency.
