Security Services – Control Room

• Our response time for businesses on the Park is on average 2 minutes.
• CCTV Monitoring from a specialised 24 hour manned control room is operated by fully licenced security personnel.
• 23 CCTV cameras covering all entrances and exits of the Enterprise Park are monitored. These connect to the control room via a secure fibre link.
• We store all digital evidence for up to 42 days.
• All incident and defect reports are emailed to client.
• Following an incident, we contact all relevant Keyholders and Emergency Agencies and carry out any necessary follow up action.

Security Services – Patrols

• Officers who are patrolling the park have full digital radio and mobile phone contact with the Control Room.
• We aim to carry out up to 4 visual security patrols per day. Between Mon – Fri 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., guaranteed minimum of 2 patrols.
• Up to 4 full security checks during the hours of 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. Monday – Friday, a guaranteed minimum of 2 patrols.
• We carry out up to 8 full security check Saturday/Sunday/Bank holidays. A guaranteed minimum of 4 patrols
• All Patrols are carried out in a marked security vehicle.
• Recorded data of patrols is available upon request.

*Amount of Patrols will only differ if an incident occurs on the park prohibiting the officer to carry out the full patrol.
