On the activation of your alarm or call out we will:

• View any CCTV cameras covering the building and exit road
• Call emergency services if necessary
• The mobile patrol will respond and check the building is secure
• Call out the alarm engineer if necessary
• Contact your mentioned key holder if necessary
• If instructed to do so remain on site until key holder arrives or in the event of a break-in until Police arrive

Sunderland Enterprise Park Management Company Limited is fully covered under our insurance scheme for key holding risks. Copies of this may be viewed at the company’s offices.
