Haway the lads!

SEP assists Sunderland Association Football Club (SAFC) in providing Park & Ride services on match days and stadium concert events. This service has also been used for many other events. We ensure that the park is managed correctly with no risk of traffic issues for the park users, by coning off areas to avoid illegal parking during this period and by directing traffic to designated car parking areas. Support is provided to the events staff with our 24/7 Control Room staff.

Park and ride and park and walk services are available for any local events and have been used for:

  • Herrington Park for National Cross Country event

Client Testimonials

Berghaus

“SEP has provided an effective and efficient security service to the Pentland Brands Northeast HQ, home to outdoor brand Berghaus, for over a decade. It offers an open and lock up service, regular patrols of the premises and monitoring of our own external CCTV system – all provided with helpful and professional service.”

Carol Haggan - Facilities Manager

North East BIC

“We have contracted with SEP for more than 20 years now and have always received an excellent service from both management and staff. SEP offers advice and guidance on all security related issues and always react to any queries promptly, the team at SEP are very flexible and reliable. SEP are key holder for our 14 acre site housing over 200 properties, meaning we can rest assured that the buildings are in safe hands 24/7. We would highly recommend SEP to any company looking for that professional and reliable security service.”

Donna Surtees - BIC Centre Manager

RTC North

“I would say the service provided has been both very accommodating and thoroughly professional over the years and has been very noticeably reliable especially over the last 2 months both in terms of the visibility of the patrols but also of the guidance provided in and out of usual working hours.”

Dean Smith - Financial Controller

DMA Law

“We have benefited from SEP managements key holding service since the beginning of 2012. Right from the start, they have impressed us with their efficient and professional manner- an approach that has truly inspired great confidence in the key holding services they provide for us.

We were overwhelmed at how easy they made the exchange of keys and have been extremely pleased with the seamless handling and reliable decision making on all call out attendances over the past 12 months. Needless to say, we are continuing our key holding relationship with SEP management and would strongly recommend their services.”
