Sunderland Enterprise Park Management Company (SEP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul McEldon to its board of directors. Paul will work with his fellow directors at SEP to ensure that SEP provides a range of security solutions to businesses located on and around Sunderland Enterprise Park. Skill and experience
Paul is the chief executive of the North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) Ltd. Therefore, Paul brings to the management of SEP a wealth of skill and experience. In particular, Paul has an in-depth knowledge of Sunderland Business Park, of the city of Sunderland and of our region. In addition, he works with many organisations dedicated to shaping enterprise in the North East. He has helped to create thousands of jobs and businesses across the region and was awarded a very well deserved OBE in the Birthday Honours List of June 2021 for services for local growth in the North East of England.
Clearly, working with SEP and keeping the businesses and the people who work in them safe and secure, both on the Park and in the local area, is an important factor in encouraging successful enterprise. Furthermore, Paul has known SEP very well for a long time. Angela Rayne, company manager, says:
