Control Room Enhancements
This year we completed a major upgrade to our Control Room at Sunderland Enterprise Park with the installation of the Advancis Winguard Security Management System.
This advanced platform allows us to:
• Monitor live and recorded CCTV simultaneously
• Produce incident evidence rapidly
• Access detailed reporting and analytics
• Improve response accuracy with interactive site mapping
• Manage access control, alarms, gates, intercoms, and lone-worker systems
We will reach out in the New Year to review how our expanded services can
further assist you.
Digital Landline Switchover Update
The national transition from analogue to digital phone lines is underway, with the UK’s full switchover scheduled for January 2027.
If your site uses alarms that rely on analogue lines, upgrades may be required to ensure continued functionality.
We will continue to support all clients through these changes and advise on any necessary updates.

With shorter days and longer nights, winter often brings an increase in
opportunistic crime. To help keep your premises secure, we recommend:
✔ Use timer-controlled indoor and outdoor lighting
✔ Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked
✔ Maintain your CCTV and alarm systems
✔ Keep valuables out of sight
✔ Report suspicious activity promptly
